About your Team  

Retail Success team's mission is to support commercial efforts in closing pilots and converting clients for rollout by crystallizing successful projects, defining common objectives (quantitative and qualitative) that represent success and working together with our clients to define and implement measures and strategies to achieve those targets.

How Can You Help?

As a Retail Success Project Manager at Sensei you’ll play a key role by helping our clients maximize the value of their autonomous retail solutions. You will be responsible for assessing the client's needs and addressing the most suitable approach to an autonomous solution project, in articulation with many internal and external stakeholders. This includes the responsibility for leading and executing work sessions with clients to draft the customer experience, define the scope, and build the project roadmap. Once the commercial agreement is settled, you will be responsible for the project management execution and achieving the project’s success criteria, working side by side with our clients to improve project metrics. In addition, in response to our clients’ challenges, you will be tasked with identifying and capitalizing on key value streams through collaborative efforts, ensuring maximum value generation for our clients.

Daily at Sensei, you will:

Daily and performing the following tasks, you will maximize the value of our autonomous retail solutions and drive success in our clients’ businesses:

• Engage with clients daily to assess their needs and challenges in implementing autonomous retail solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams daily to design customized solutions utilizing advanced AI and computer vision technology.
• Lead daily interactive work sessions with clients to co-create project plans and establish clear project scopes.
• Develop and update daily comprehensive project roadmaps outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee daily execution of autonomous solution projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Continuously monitor project performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with clients to enhance project outcomes.
• Serve as a daily point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

You will bring to the table:

• Boasting 3-5 years in dynamic startups or consultancies, coupled with a Master's in Management or Engineering.
• Advanced in communication, fluent in English, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating presentation decks (Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides).
• Driven by startup culture, ready for ownership, eager to innovate, and resilient in facing challenges; proven track record of working effectively in teams and independently.
• Experienced in project management within tight deadlines and a background in retail or FMCG projects
• You love to work on creative solutions that add unexpected value to the business

• You are capable of having complete ownership in managing projects with clients, conducting work sessions and articulating all necessary stakeholders
• You are able to build the most suitable project approach based on the client’s needs
• You have depth-knowledge of the Sensei’s solutions and digital products
• You are able to bring value to the table regarding how we can help our clients extract more value from autonomous stores and the data they generate, leveraging our technology and data to improve client processes and results
• You are able to positively  impact our project conversion rate and increase revenue
