About your Team  

The Growth Team is responsible for bringing our highly innovative and disruptive product to the market, being active from lead generation and qualification to contract signing and account management. We’re building an organized group of smart, driven, humble individuals who incorporate the mission of revolutionizing retail and growing Sensei to become a global leader in this segment.

Marketing, Sales, Retail Success, Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement are our key areas that articulate and liaise across the organization (e.g. Operations, Finance) to build an unstoppable growth machine.

How Can You Help?

Your mission is to empower our growth team processes, insights and tools that enable efficient, exponential growth. We seek a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist with a robust management background and +5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales settings. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in environments with Total Contract Values (TCV) with long sales cycles across multiple geographies.

Daily at Sensei, you will:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
      • Develop and implement scalable revenue and business operations processes.
      • Design and optimize detailed revenue process flows across the organization.
      • Collaborate with senior management to align RevOps strategies with company objectives.
  • Sales Operations:
      • Manage and optimize CRM systems, ensuring accurate mapping and detailed tracking of sales processes.
      • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement:
      • Lead initiatives to document and streamline business operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
      • Implement best practices for revenue operations, focusing on automation and process optimization.
      • Review and refine revenue processes regularly to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Analytical & Reporting:
      • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor revenue performance.
      • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales activities, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts.
      • Provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and revenue growth.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Head of Growth, to ensure process and reporting compliance
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue strategies.
    • Communicate assertively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, driving collaboration and alignment.
    • As the company grows, hiring new sales operations will be required to sustain high growth

After six months, success means:  

  • Optimized CRM system and procedures, ensuring seamless data mapping and access to metrics and insights.
  • Developed and documented scalable revenue operations processes across geographies.
  • Reduced sales cycle length, especially for high-value contracts.
  • Established reporting mechanisms, enhancing revenue forecasting accuracy and decision-making.
  • Fostered strong cross-team collaboration, improving alignment in revenue activities.
  • Supported sales teams globally, increasing productivity and quota achievement.

You will bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations.
  • Proven expertise in B2B enterprise sales with a TCV > €300k, especially in retail and technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of long sales cycles and managing sales across multiple geographies.
  • Expertise in CRM setup, mapping, and optimization (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a focus on process scalability and team mobilization.
