1. Introduction and identification

These Terms & Conditions for the Use of the Website www.sensei.tech (“T&Cs”) govern the access to and use of the website located at www.sensei.tech (“Website”) and of the various contents, features and services (if any) included on or accessible through the Website.
The Website is owned and operated by SENSEIDATA, S.A., a company incorporated under Portuguese laws, with registered office at Avenida do Empresário, 1, 6000-767 Castelo Branco, Portugal, registered with the competent authorities under number / VAT 514507250 (“Sensei”).

2. Users and acceptance of the T&Cs

By merely accessing, browsing or using the Website, the Website visitor becomes a “User”. Access or use of the Website and any of its contents, features and/or services (if any) included therein, is deemed as acceptance by the User, without any reservation, of these T&Cs. If the User does not agree nor intends to abide by these T&Cs, the User must refrain from accessing, browsing or using the Website.

3. Conditions of use of the Website

Sensei products and services advertised cannot be purchased directly through this Website; hence we never ask for credit card numbers or other payment information. Access to the Website is provided with informational purposes and to publicize Sensei’s activities and products only; and may be accessed and visited, free of charge, by any User for their own personal use, as provided in these T&Cs.


Users are obliged to use the Website, the content, features and services (if any) included therein diligently and in accordance with these T&Cs, the applicable law and generally accepted public order and ethics principles and standards. Users must refrain from using the Website, its contents, features and services in any way likely to prevent or impair the normal operation of the Website, the enjoyment by other Users, or capable of causing damage to the property and rights of Sensei, other Users or third parties in general.


Use of the Website and its contents, features and services is of the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User. Such responsibility shall extend to the use by the User or any third party of any password or similar method of access to the Website or any of its contents, features and services, if any.


Users commit to indemnify and hold Sensei, its legal representatives, partners and employees harmless against any damages, liabilities, claims or compensation requests, including expenses and representation costs, initiated by third parties as a result of the use of the Website by Users in violation of these T&Cs or in breach of the representations and warranties contained herein.


Sensei reserves the right to evaluate, at its own discretion, User compliance with these T&Cs and has the right to refuse or withdraw access to the Website, contents, features and services contained therein, at any time and without prior notice, to any User who fails to comply with these T&Cs.

4. Website Content and Liability Limitation

By accessing the Website, Users acknowledge and accept that the content and features of the Website may be incomplete, inaccurate, not up-to-date or may not meet the User’s needs, requirements or expectations. Sensei does not grant any guarantee or assurance regarding the suitability of the Website or any of its contents, features and services made available thereto to fulfil the User's specific needs or expectations.


The contents of the Website may contain inaccuracies or typos. Sensei is not and cannot be held liable, by any means or methods, for any errors, inaccuracies or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of information obtained from or through the Website.
Access to and use of the Website, including the display of webpages, are activities carried out by Users at their sole recognizance; and Users acknowledge that any content or feature that may be downloaded or otherwise obtained results of a free decision, made at User’s own risk.


Users are solely and exclusively responsible for their assess of the information obtained through the Website and their use of its contents, features and services (if any). Users are solely responsible for the use, communication and or download of inaccurate or untrue information, or of third-party data without the respective consent, as well as for any misuse thereof. Any damage to computers or loss of data resulting from User's downloads are User’s sole responsibility, and Sensei shall assume no responsibility or liability for it.


Sensei acts diligently in accordance with generally accepted uses in the industry and has adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the security of the Website and services offered through it, and prevent the presence of harmful elements that may cause alterations to the User's computer system, electronic documents or files, and to ensure integrity of traffic data and to prevent the dissemination, destruction and loss of confidential or non-confidential User information on the Website, as well as of any data pertaining to unauthorized access or non-compliance with applicable personal data laws.


Sensei does not and cannot control or guarantee that the Website is continuously free of potential viruses or any other harmful elements, in particular resulting from third-party actions or influence outside Sensei’s control, that could negatively affect User's devices. Consequently, Sensei assumes no responsibility thereof and will not be liable for any damage or harm that they or any third-party actions and/or outside Sensei’s control, may cause.


To the fullest extension permitted by law, Sensei assumes no liability for any damages arising from the impossibility of accessing the contents, features and services provided on the Website, nor for any data damage caused by viruses, damaged files, errors, omissions, service interruptions, content cancellation or any other issues involving the Internet, the service providers, the User's connection, unauthorized access, data modifications, or the absence and/or malfunctioning of the User's electronic devices. 5. Website Access, Interruption

Sensei undertakes to use its best endeavors and efforts to provide the availability and continuity of the Website access, as well as the content, features and services provided, so that they function correctly at all times and the User can access and use them quickly, uninterruptedly and free from errors. However, Sensei does not ensure that the Website will be continuously accessible and running without errors. Access may be suspended, limited or interrupted at any time, regardless of the reason. Occasionally, access to the Website may be limited or restricted, for technical, security or maintenance reasons. In case of interruption, Sensei will make commercially reasonable efforts to retrieve access as soon as possible, but will not be obliged to do so. Interruption of services does not confer Users any right to compensation whatsoever.


6. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All rights upon the Website, its contents, features and services, if applicable, are reserved. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, transform, change, adapt, transfer, rent, sub-license, distribute, communicate or make available to the public from anywhere or adopt any other form of exploitation, by any means, in whole or in part, of the Materials of this Website, including the selection and form of presentation of the Materials included therein. Likewise, it is forbidden to modify or attempt to modify, decompile, reverse-compile or disassemble, reverse engineer, sublicense or transmit, in whole or in part, translate or make derivative works of the computer programs or the source code necessary for the operation, access and use of the Website and the contents, features and services included in it, as well as to carry out, in relation to all or part of such programs, any of the aforementioned acts of exploitation. Sensei does not accept responsibility for any damage or losses that may arise from use of Third Party’s Websites by the User, nor for the processing of personal data during Internet browsing. 8. User Account

If applicable, User is responsible for using the reserved area login details in a safe and correct manner, being responsible for creating User’s own username and password and keeping it safe, ensure its confidentiality and not share it with any third parties. All information provided by User, if any, must be accurate and up-to-date and User cannot use third party data, identity or log in accounts without the third-party express consent. User is responsible for using User’s personal data, for these purposes, in a safe and correct manner, as well as for any damage or loss caused to Sensei or third parties resulting from the misuse, loss or theft of such personal data. Sensei reserves the right to remove any material and block access to the Website and/or terminate any User account (if applicable) which may be deemed to be in breach of these T&Cs, including situations in which the User uses proxy IP addresses to conceal the use of multiple accounts, tries to be identified as being in a different country, or disrupts the operation of the Website by any means.


15. Applicable law and Forum

These T&Cs are to be governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes regarding the use or interpretation of these T&Cs shall be settled by the competent courts of Lisbon.
